...was a tough Tough TOUGH race.

A great place for training, Silver City, New Mexico was where it was hoppin' for Gila stage race.

And big props to SRAM for picking up Gila off the ground and saving the race! Speaking of SRAM, I caught up with many of the SRAM guys. THANKS!!

The results werent so hot, although I did pull a fine 5th place on Stage 4 Criterium.

Gila was more of a training race. And good altitude training as well. A great race to do in preperation for my racing in Europe.

Kristin Armstrong basically tore up/smashed/exploded/incinerated/blew up/slaughtered the race.

...exactly as I expected.

But all in all, good racing, good times, good experiences. Surprisingly, I cant wait 'till next year!

UP NEXT:

EUROPE!!

I'll be keepin' yall posted on how my first racing experience across the pond goes! I got a track race in the new track in Apeldoorn Netherlands! And I have 4 races on the pave!

Thanks for reading! I'll post in a new one probably in Europe! :)
